Alison Pill

Pill initially appeared as a Canadian-produced show, and it took a while to break in to The American market. One such appearance included an episode of the Canadian show Traders in which she starred Bruce Gray. Pill was featured in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation with Wallace Langham, Liz Vassey, Michael Ensign, Michael G. Hagerty, Naren Shankar. She narrated the episode with "Would Have, Would, and Shoulda". Pill, who had worked for Picard for one year, became a second role in Devs the science fiction miniseries produced by FX Productions and Hulu. She played the same role, Katie, in each episode, as she did she did in Picard. The similarities with Picard did not end there because the primary theme the show was also disclosed to involve the survival of consciousness in an artificial construct, as similar to the ones Data has been kept and revealed at the time in the Picard season one finale "Et at Arcadia Ego, Part 2".
